In Memoriam: William “Bill” Mobley

Anne Mobley’s husband Bill was killed May 28 in a freak accident in South Lake Tahoe. According to a news report, he died after falling headfirst into a 35-foot by six-foot hole at the site of a new Verizon cell tower where he was a subcontractor.  

Bill and Anne, former president of Lamroinda Republican Women Federated, were married for 35 years and Bill attended numerous LRWF meetings with her. Anne, with Bill’s assistance, has been instrumental in planning the annual barbeque at the Viano Vineyard in Martinez.  Please send condolences to Anne at 20 Trailside Place, Pleasant HIll, CA 94523.
