AB 957 Family Law: gender identity (custody battles preferring parent affirming child’s chosen gender) Vote 51-13. Greg Wallis (R) supported. In Senate Judiciary Committee. Call Sen.Glazer

Passed out of Appropriations Committee and on 2nd or 3rd reading; then on floor for final votes.    Call Assembly member or Senator.  Further action will be noted.

AB 5    Safe and Supportive Schools Act  (mandate that teachers and school personnel have LGBTQ training)  OPPOSE

SB 541 Sexual Health: contraceptives: immunizations (would require internal and external condoms available at 7-12 grade schools with publicity) OPPOSE

SB 760 All gender bathrooms (all govt schools would have to have at least one all gender bathroom) OPPOSE

SB 14 Serious Felonies by Shannon Grove (human trafficking would be included as serious felony affecting 3 strikes) SUPPORT
